Telehealth providers

Your role

• Deliver high-quality care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medication to patients, where appropriate
• Uphold unparalleled clinical patient service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care through the Hims & Hers platform
• Provide clinical care for a variety of conditions, including acne, erectile dysfunction, hair loss, and more

Physician requirements

• Board certification (MD or DO)
• Active medical state license in good standing
• At least 1 year experience in clinical practice outside of orientation/training

Nurse practitioner requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a concentration in adult-gerontology, acute care, or family medicine
• Active medical state license in good standing
• At least one year experience in clinical practice as a fully licensed/board licensed practitioner

Care team

Registered Nurses (RN), or Care Coaches, facilitate seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive a world-class patient experience through the Hims & Hers telehealth platform.

Your role at Hims & Hers

• Provide individualized health coaching tailored to each patient's unique needs, preferences and circumstances.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to address patients' questions and concerns.
• Consistent utilization of protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in operations.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between patients, healthcare providers, and members of the Hims & Hers support team to help patients get the answers they need.

Requirements for registered nurses

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Diploma in nursing or related field.
• Commitment to patient advocacy, privacy, and confidentiality.

Online psychiatry providers

Through our platform, psychiatry providers treat low to moderate cases of depression and anxiety.

Your role

• Deliver high-quality asynchronous and synchronous care by assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medication to patients, where appropriate
• Uphold unparalleled clinical patient service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care through the Hims & Hers platform
• Provide clinical care for low-level anxiety and general depression

Requirements for psychiatrists

• Board certification
• Active medical state license in good standing

Requirements for psychiatric nurse practitioners

• Board licensed psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner
• Active medical state license in good standing
• Possess a minimum of six months experience in clinical practice as a fully licensed, board licensed practitioner
