What is the Hims Weight Loss Membership?

• The Hims Weight Loss Membership gives you access to a range of GLP-1 medications if eligible, plus unlimited support from a dedicated Care Team. Your membership also includes in-app weight tracking to help you monitor your progress, dosage adjustments as your needs evolve, and support for managing common side effects.

How much does the Hims Weight Loss Membership cost?

• You’ll pay a $39 membership fee at checkout for your first month. After that, your membership auto-renews at $149 per month (medication cost not included). You can cancel anytime, but canceling your membership will also cancel any active medication plan and access to care through the platform. If prescribed, your medication is billed separately (monthly or upfront, based on your plan), and the price of the medication depends on your prescribed treatment, if eligible. You can cancel your medication plan anytime, and it won’t affect your active membership.

What's the difference between the Wegovy® Pill Microdosing Plan and the Wegovy® Pill?

• Both start at the same 1.5mg dose, but the difference is how high the doses go. The standard Wegovy® Pill treatment plan can go up to higher doses over time. The microdosing plan stops at 4mg, making it an option for people with more modest goals (typically 5–20 lbs) who don't need or want to go to a higher dose. A provider will review your medical intake and health history to determine which treatment may be right for you.

Wegovy® (semaglutide) is FDA-approved for weight loss when used as directed. Microdosing is off-label but may be prescribed by a provider if appropriate. Lower doses are unstudied for weight loss and may be less effective.

Why should I start on a lower dose plan?

• Starting at 1.5mg helps your body to adjust to the medication gradually, while your provider can offer support for side effect management.

Can I switch to the full-dose Wegovy® Pill later?

• A licensed provider can review your goals and adjust your plan at any check-in if eligible.

Is the Wegovy® Pill Microdosing Plan available in my state?

• Wegovy® Pill Microdosing Plan is not yet available in all 50 states. However, we’re working to expand our offering as soon as possible.

Do I need insurance?
